Payment & Refund Policy

This Payments and Refund Policy governs transactions conducted with Zynetic Electric Vehicles Charging Pvt. Ltd. (“Zynetic India”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website or as part of our infrastructure and co-investment services.

Payments

All payments for EV charging hardware, software, or infrastructure services shall be made in accordance with the terms of the respective signed agreements or invoices.

Charges may include one-time setup fees, hardware costs, installation charges, software subscriptions, or recurring partnership fees.

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and authorized third-party payment gateways. For digital payments, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies shall be borne by the paying party, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

No refunds shall be issued for capital invested, software onboarding, installation, or services already rendered

In cases of overpayment or duplicate transaction, refund requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of the payment date. Such requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

If a payment was made in error, the refund will be initiated after internal verification, and may take 7–14 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

For fleet charging services sold via app or portal, session-based billing is final and non-refundable unless a proven technical fault occurred.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any billing or refund disputes, please contact our finance team at support@zynetic.in with transaction details. We aim to resolve all concerns in a timely and transparent manner.
